a) Download Pill Rememberer circle and save the file,
e.g., by right clicking the link and then left clicking either "Save link as" or "Save Target As":

b) Print the Pill Rememberer circle on cardstock. (For example, open the file and print the image in Microsoft Paint, the graphics program that comes with all versions of Microsoft Windows.) The small circle is 1 15/16 inch in diameter and is part of a 2.255-inch-square image, and the large circle is 3 7/64 inch in diameter and is part of a 3.365-inch-square image. (So, the images should be those sizes when you print them.)

c) Cut out the Pill Rememberer circle printed on the cardstock.

d) On the small circle cut 3/16" down each of the 31 radial lines from the edge to form 31 tabs to bend. On the large circle cut 1/4" down each of the 31 radial lines from the edge to form 31 tabs to bend.

e) For your free version you will need a "fastener" to attach the Pill Rememberer circle to the bottom of your pill bottle. For example, you may use a velcro-style fastener, a glue-dot-style fastener, double-sided tape, or glue.

f) The downloads and images are free for personal use but may not be sold!

Instructions for Use

1. Immediately after taking the pill, simply fold the tab with the current day of the month up and over toward the pill bottle. Press and bend the tab down firmly, so that the day of the month does not show. You may start on any day of the month.

(You may need to gently break each precut tab free from the circular edge. Because of variability in the manufacturing process, some tab cuts are not precisely on the lines between some tabs, however functionality is maintained.)

2. Later the bent tab indicates that you have already taken the pill.

(Note: The Pill Rememberer^TM is a memory aid designed for tracking one pill a day. However, Pill Rememberer^TM may be used when taking two or three pills a day by lining up and attaching additional Pill Rememberers^TM under the first one. See the photo below.)

Tracking two pills a day from the same pill bottle using two Pill Rememberers^TM, one under another of the same or different sizes.

Setup Instructions

1. See the photos for the end result. Use your own pill bottle. Pill bottles are not included.

2. Note that one fastener consists of two halves, one with a soft, white surface and one with a rough, black surface.

3. Remove one soft, white half of a fastener from the liner to expose its sticky side and carefully attach it to the CENTER of the bottom of your pill bottle.

4. Remove one rough, black half of a fastener from the liner to expose its sticky side and carefully attach it to the CENTER of the front of a circular Pill Rememberer^TM.

5. Connect the pill bottle to the circular Pill Rememberer^TM.
