Instructions for Use

1.  Immediately after taking the pill, simply fold the tab with the current day of the month up and over toward the pill bottle.  Press and bend the tab down firmly, so that the day of the month does not show.  You may start on any day of the month. 

(You may need to gently break each precut tab free from the circular edge.  Because of variability in the manufacturing process, some tab cuts are not precisely on the lines between some tabs, however functionality is maintained.)
 

2.  Later the bent tab indicates that you have already taken the pill.

(Note:  The Pill Rememberer ^TM is a memory aid designed for tracking one pill a day.  However, Pill Rememberer ^TM may be used when taking two or three pills a day by lining up and attaching additional Pill Rememberers ^TM under the first one.  See the photo below.)

Setup Instructions

1.  See the photos for the end result.  Use your own pill bottle.  Pill bottles are not included.

2.  Note that one fastener consists of two halves, one with a soft, white surface and one with a rough, black surface.

3.  Remove one soft, white half of a fastener from the liner to expose its sticky side and carefully attach it to the CENTER of the bottom of your pill bottle.

4.  Remove one rough, black half of a fastener from the liner to expose its sticky side and carefully attach it to the CENTER of the front of a circular Pill Rememberer ^TM.

5.  Connect the pill bottle to the circular Pill Rememberer ^TM.
